A real example
Trendline
A simple way to track health metrics over time.
A doctor I know was tracking more and more patients across notebooks, Excel and other scattered records. Nothing fit the way he actually worked.
I built Trendline so he could follow health metrics over time in one place. It later grew to support family health tracking and reading lab results from photos.
From the first conversation to a working product: under two weeks. AI made the building faster; talking directly with the first user made sure I was building the right thing.

Why this exists
I'm good at building software, and today's AI tools let me build and test things much faster than before.
The part I can't see is all the real problems people are dealing with outside my own world.
So instead of guessing what to build, I'm asking.
